1. All payments for InCoB/ISCB-Asia Joint Conference 2011 should be made in advance according to the instructions stated.
2. Please send the bank transaction document as proof of payment using email to the secretariat -at- incob2010 -dot- org.

3. Electronic receipts for payments or tax invoices will be issued once your payment has been received. If your organization requires a paper receipt with signature or stamp please contact the Conference Secretariat.
4. In case the registration contains a critical error (e.g. mistake in address or name) you may re-register. If you choose to re-register, you MUST inform the Conference Secretariat. Indicate in your e-mail both old and new registration numbers.
5. Fees associated with the publication charges due will be handled by the editors of the journal supplementary issues accordingly. The paper submission page will contain information regarding payment for the APC fees as and when your paper is accepted for presentation and publication to the respective journal.
6. Force majeure. The conference organisers and associated parties shall not be responsible, financially or otherwise, for any unforeseen circumstances that lead to the postponement, relocation or cancellation of the conference, in part or whole, where such a failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service, medical or public health events including pandemics or epidemics, travel advisories, health or otherwise. In the event of a postponement, relocation or cancellation as described above, we will take reasonable steps to minimize delay or damages caused by foreseeable events, and we will undertake to substantially fulfil all non-excused obligations, and that we will make timely notification of the likelihood or actual occurrence of such an event.

- Registration confirmation will be sent to participant upon receipt of registration form.
- Full payment must be received within 14 working days of invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse admission if full payment is not received on time.
- Cancellations must be made in writing in accordance to the schedule in the registration before any refunds can be considered. Alternatively, an equivalent substitute can be nominated subject to the sole discretion of the organisers.
- A registered participant who does not submit a written cancellation or does not attend the conference is still liable for any outstanding balances and will be billed the full conference registration fee.
